These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AniWall.org ("AniWall", "we", "us", or "our"). By browsing, downloading, uploading, creating an account, or otherwise using AniWall, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AniWall. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use AniWall only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. The Service

AniWall provides a platform to browse, search, download, favorite, upload, organize, and report wallpapers. We may change, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been misused. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for AniWall or others.

4. User Uploads

If you upload content, you represent that you have the rights, permissions, or lawful basis needed to submit and share it on AniWall. You remain responsible for the content you upload. By uploading, you grant AniWall a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize, display, distribute, and make the content available through the service.

5. Wallpaper Downloads and Use

Wallpapers are provided for personal, non-commercial device wallpaper use unless the relevant rights holder or source states otherwise. Downloading a wallpaper from AniWall does not transfer copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights to you. You are responsible for determining whether your intended use is permitted.

6. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not upload or use AniWall to share content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, malicious, abusive, sexually exploitative, hateful, privacy-invasive, or designed to harass others. You may not scrape aggressively, attack the service, bypass security, abuse downloads or reports, impersonate others, or interfere with normal operation.

7. Moderation

We may review, approve, reject, hide, remove, reclassify, or edit metadata for content at our discretion. We may also restrict accounts, remove favorites, adjust categories or tags, and respond to reports where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

AniWall branding, design, software, and site elements are owned by AniWall or its licensors. Wallpapers and submitted images remain the property of their respective owners. If you believe content infringes your rights, use the report button on the wallpaper page or see our Copyright Policy.

9. Third-Party Links and Sources

AniWall may link to third-party websites, source pages, artist profiles, ads, or external services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, security, or availability.

10. Advertising

AniWall may display ads through Google AdSense or other advertising services. Ads help support the site and may be personalized or measured according to applicable settings, consent choices, and third-party policies.

11. Disclaimers

AniWall is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any wallpaper will be available permanently.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AniWall and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or content arising from your use of the service.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold AniWall harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your uploaded content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

You may stop using AniWall at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or abused the service.
